Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Modelyo is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use. The organisations we work with are responsible for sensitive data and critical services, and the information about how we protect them should be available to everyone who needs it.

Conformance Target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the internationally recognised standard for digital accessibility, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

At this time, the website has not undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit. We consider it partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: some known issues remain, and we are working to address them.

What We’ve Done

The website has been built with accessibility in mind:

• Semantic HTML structure, with headings, landmarks and labelled navigation.
• A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users.
• Keyboard access to the main menu, links, buttons and forms, with a visible focus indicator.
• Respect for the “reduce motion” setting of your device: when it is on, animations, the scrolling logo rows and smooth scrolling are turned off and content is shown still.
• Decorative animations and illustrations are hidden from screen readers, so they do not interrupt the content.
• Form fields have accessible names, and form errors are announced in text.
• Descriptive page titles and a declared page language.
• A responsive layout that works from desktop to mobile without loss of content.
• Fonts are served from our own website, and text can be resized in the browser.

Known Limitations

We are aware of areas where the website does not yet fully meet our accessibility goals:

• Moving content — the rows of partner and technology logos scroll continuously. They can be dragged, and they stop when your device’s “reduce motion” setting is on, but there is no pause button on the page itself.
• Form labels — form fields show their label as placeholder text inside the field, which disappears once you start typing. The fields are labelled for screen readers.
• Low-contrast text — some small secondary text in the footer, and links to pages that are not available yet, are shown in reduced contrast.
• Scroll-driven animations — several pages reveal their content through animations tied to scrolling. With “reduce motion” off, these may be harder to follow for some visitors.

We are working to close these gaps as part of ongoing development.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of the website rely on third-party services, such as the security check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and downloadable documents. The accessibility of that content is determined by the third party, or by the document itself, and may not meet the same standards as the rest of the website. If a document is not accessible to you, contact us and we will provide the information in another way.
